The 2025 release is a masterclass in overdelivering. Sourced from four top-tier vineyards - Grace & White, Wilson, Victory Point, and Tassell Road - it captures exactly what makes the region so famous for this variety. It’s hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed, wild-fermented in puncheons, and left untouched on its lees to build crucial mid-palate weight.
Pale green, with aromatics of white stone fruits, piles of nectarines and sea breeze. It’s more generous perhaps than the traditional Nocturne style, but delicious, accessible and just a joy to drink. As with every Nocturne wine, the texture and flavour are to die for, impeccably framed by sherbert-like acidity and fine phenolic structure
